Evaluations

A comprehensive assessment will be completed to establish baseline information about your child’s communication skills and areas of need. Each assessment is individualized and may include a combination of screenings, formal evaluations, and a review of school and medical records.

Therapy

Speech therapy sessions focus on your child's unique goals in an engaging and fun way. Most sessions are scheduled weekly and include:

  • Parent coaching and consultation, including reviewing progress and providing simple strategies for carry-over at home

  • Recommendations and progress reports that you can share with your child’s school to advocate for your child’s success academically and socially

  • Around-the-clock email and text support to answer any questions you have regarding your child’s communication

Insurance & Billing

IN NETWORK WITH ANTHEM, MEDICAL MUTUAL, & MOLINA

For clients who are out of network, a Superbill can be provided. A Superbill provides detailed information about the services provided and can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding Superbills.

Payment is due at the time of service. Branch Out Therapy LLC currently accepts cash, checks, credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

Hi! I’m Miss Victoria.

I am the owner and Speech-Language Pathologist at Branch Out Therapy, LLC.

I started Branch Out Therapy because I wanted to provide fun and effective therapy that is flexible and approachable for families.

I have over a decade of experience supporting children at home, school, and private practice. I am excited to offer engaging therapy that is motivating and tailored to client interests. I also provide education and strategies to empower caregivers and clients to advocate for their needs at school and throughout the community.

Our Process

Therapy services are offered at the Be Well Collective on Henderson Rd, at your home, at your child's daycare, or via teletherapy.
